Description

A page showing only a table of requests, inspired by the Etherscan txs page

Definition of Done

[x] Table of Requests
[x] Columns: Request ID, Payment Reference, Created Age, Modified Age, Payee Identity, Payer Identity, Expected Amount, Currency

I have added all the columns but the modified age because it would impact performance as a request can have a payment as a state of the modification status. So it would require query payments for each request degrading performance.
