RequestPolicy / requestpolicy

RequestPolicy is a Firefox extension that gives you control over cross-site requests. --- Be sure to look at the dev-1.0 branch as that's where all of the interesting work is happening. See also: https://www.requestpolicy.com/1.0.html

A new more informative status bar button would be nice.

In a similar manner that NoScript has: http://noscript.net/features#basics

It is so handy since you can just have a quick look at it and see the status of the web page and don't have to open the context menu. (Especially if this is implemented: https://www.requestpolicy.com/dev/ticket/6 [Which would be very nice actually])

Changed Milestone to 0.7 since implementing a different icon for having allowed/not allowed content not that hard to implement(?). Also would be nice to have this already before, I meant 0.7 milestone mostly for this below:

In: http://noscript.net/features#basics

I meant especially these icons to have in 0.7 when blacklist also implemented:

this means that scripts are allowed for some URLs, and all the other ones are marked as untrusted. (Some whitelisted, some blacklisted in RequestPolicy [No need to open context menu after implementation of blacklist])

And to be implemented before:

this means scripts are allowed for the top-level (main) document, but some other active content or script sources imported by this page are not allowed yet. (In RequestPolicy: Some destinations allowed and some not allowed)

And sorry for being very unclear, I'm so tired... :/
