conflict with RSS #395

On Rob Pike's blog http://commandcenter.blogspot.co.uk/ subscribing to Atom/RSS (using https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/rss-icon-for-brief/ plugin's button) doesn't work when all targets on this page are enabled in RequestPolicy, BUT works ok when RequestPolicy is in "Disable blocking" mode.
