Allow upgrading "temp allow" to "perm allow" #415

When trying to find out what is needed for a site to run, it is nice to allow things temporarily to test them -- much less work if your guess was wrong. However, once you get it right, marking the permission as permanent is tedious: currently you need to disallow it then re-allow.

Could you please add a menu option "Permanently allow..." on temp entries?

I know exactly what you mean. I've been wanting this feature for a while now.

Is this site even checked by the developer anymore though? If not, who is going to take over the project? Would be a shame to let such a great extension wither when it's needed more than ever.

I'd also love to have this feature, for exactly the reasons you describe.
