Export/Import to/from a file #428

It would be super handy if we were able to export/import our settings/policies to/from a file. That way we can make backups to use when we re-install our browser/pc/etc...

Already available. Check the Import and Export tabs in RequestPolicy preferences.

No idea what you mean because i don't see those tabs anywhere in the RequestPolicy preferences....

In RequestPolicy 0.5.28 go to preferences. There you will see a tab labeled "import" and another one labeled "export".

Ok i will try to downgrade to that branch then i guess and see... But how to export my current settings from the dev-branch version?

Nevermind i have totally uninstalled it now, and will try again if this project goes live again. Here or a new fork or whatever... Bye RP for now...

I am still interested in import export via the beta version... If I have to downgrade then ok... but rather not.
