This PR defines the abstraction over the low level Builders and Node APIs.
It offers:
A Penjing::SuffixTree::Core::NakedTree class that manages a "naked" suffix tree. The NakedTree manages its own nodes lifecycle but only works with views, assuming the underlying string objects are stable.
A Penjing::SuffixTree::Core::Tree class that manages string storage on top of the NakedTree
A build API to construct the tree for the given string.
