Homepage - remove lots of things!

Let's remove a lot of the extra things from the homepage to make it cleaner, including the following:

1. Remove the block of four images on the homepage and throughout the website. It's not needed.
2. Remove the extra profile picture and bio at the bottom. It's already at the top.
3. Remove the bottom navigation options, that's also already at the top.
4. Remove the summary of Projects and News on the homepage. We really don't need it and it's a little distracting.
