Update Navigation and Pages #38

Change the order of the navigation to:

Home About Publications -- this is a new page, please make it a blank single page, we will add some text and images. Speaker Request Resume

And hide the following pages from navigation. We don't need them at the moment.

Can we please hid the "Publications" page for now? I think we might bring it back later, but he doesn't have that much right now.
