I have expanded the "meet and review code" part of the flow chart to provide some more granular detail. There are also some name changes based on what I recall we agreed from meetings.
The flowchart now looks like this in case you don't want to generate the site locally:
Each orange box now link to the content below the flowchart that @tlestang wrote instead of to a separate page, as suggested by @NickleDave .
