Agree on line length for markdown files #54

This is a pedantic point, but we should agree on a line length for our markdown files because it can become a bit annoying in some editors. I am in favours of < 80 characters lines, which I think is recommended somewhere in at least one of the Markdown standards.

I'm also for newline after each sentence, this helps with diffs
