In this PR I provide documentation for installing dependencies required for R libraries in our Open OnDemand RStudio application. This documentation is located in the section Installing dependencies for RStudio (currently available only on Alpine) under the Open OnDemand (Browser Based HPC Portal) section of our documentation.

I wrote this documentation expecting that we will be creating a module for Apptainer. For this reason, it does not work exactly as expected if you do not do the following after module load apptainer:
