Address outdated video on batch jobs page #347

Remove the YouTube link on the [docs/running-jobs/batch-jobs.md] page which referenced the old Summit systems.

In PR #332 this video was removed. We need to determine if we want to replace the video with an updated video or modify the page so that content that was in the video is present in the text.
