Currently we have a main Frequently Asked Questions page. Overtime multiple FAQ pages have popped up across the documentation (e.g. one in the Blanca, PetaLibrary, AWS, and Azure sections). This is not ideal as users have to hunt them down. We should consolidate all of these FAQ pages into one page that is organized by topic.
