Profile section the education center names limited #102

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are several adresses in my profile section which I have never been to image In Edit Profile section image

Istanbul University or Ege University are not included in the list. These two universities are very old and the most reputable universities with with history of 500 years and 70 years respectively.

Describe the solution you'd like The site should allow addition of schools to the list.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

This issue most likely related to data sync mismatch betwen ResearchHub and OpenAlex #96 , will be adding references to this issue here, so they are investigated properly. Thanks for reporting.
