Once new reputation mechanism is implemented, we want to allow users to search for a combination of:

Users AND reputation AND researcher role AND subfield

[ ] Update reputation field in ElasticSearch to point to new reputation stored value
[ ] Update UX to allow for filtering by reputation
[ ] Update UX to allow for filtering by subfield
[ ] Update UX to allow for filtering by researcher role
[ ] Add researcher role, subfield to ElasticSearch
