Open GUI to most recently closed tab. #85

If I closed the GUI on the Process tab, re-open it on the Process tab. Store this information in the project-independent settings file.

If closing the GUI soon after swapping tabs (within a few seconds) it adds a couple of seconds to the opening time. Otherwise, the opening time is basically unchanged.
