Analysis method defaults to "Initial" #89

When running a function, before running it, check the entire "thread" to the output variables from this function. If any of them do not match with their existing thread, prompt the user to create a new thread. Also prompt them (if applicable) if they want to propagate the changes to functions that use these output variables as inputs.

Split name starts with "Default". Not 100% sure what this issue is getting at.
