Bioschemas profile URLs broken #185

Links like https://bioschemas.org/types/ComputationalWorkflow/0.1-DRAFT-2020_07_21/#input are now broken (404 Not Found), as bioschemas.org has decided the permalink is without the trailing / - e.g. https://bioschemas.org/types/ComputationalWorkflow/0.1-DRAFT-2020_07_21#input and the old URIs no longer work.

I suggest fixing the documentation hyperlinks for 1.1 , and then updating the conformsTo IRIs in JSON-LD of workflows.md for 1.2 (which should anyway then newer versions of these profiles)

Broken link to SPAR ontology https://www.sparontologies.net/ontologies/frapo also fixed to http://www.sparontologies.net/ontologies/frapo
