What are the inputs and outputs of the overall workflow?

We're using object and result on the workflow run action.

We are happy with this spec as it is so we can close this. Maybe we can wait until we try doing nested workflows in cwlprov_to_py though

Nested workflow support has been added in #28, with no spec change required. Closing
