How to link to secondary files, e.g. CWL's secondaryFile

https://github.com/ResearchObject/runcrate/pull/5 is merged -- we're going with the solution described in https://github.com/ResearchObject/ro-crate/issues/213#issuecomment-1307241496. That's "legal" RO-Crate markup even before it's officially recommended in the RO-Crate spec (a PR will be made soon). We could add a section to our spec in the meantime.
