Adds specifications on the name of FormalParameter instances (see also: https://github.com/ResearchObject/runcrate/pull/22) and rewords the text so that it does not forbid multiple CreateAction instances and/or the presence of CreateAction instances that do not have the main workflow as instrument (see also: https://github.com/ResearchObject/workflow-run-crate/pull/53).
