Fixes two types of links in 0.5-DRAFT:

Internal links from one profile to another, which now need the leading ../ (after profiles were changed to directories)
External links to pages in the RO-Crate spec, which did not work properly anymore after the new RO-Crate web site went live. See https://github.com/ResearchObject/ro-crate/issues/310
