Typos fixed in Process Run Crate profile description #86

I have fixed several typos in the Process Run Crate profile description.

I have also changed the term "version" by "softwareVersion" in some of the examples, since they are from "SoftwareApplication" descriptions. It says that "version" is also correct, but "softwareVersion" is more correct, and I believe it may confuse the reader.
