Facilitate creation of simple smartAPIs based on JSON-LD annotated Bags.

Next steps include

Fit it into the bagit profile mechanism
Code generation:
- Handle protocol schemas to export service.
- Generating the smartAPI registry OpenAPI document to make registering services easier.
- Generating more complex queries.
- Generating schema objects for return values

The Clinical Toxicogenomic Database smartAPI delivered as a smartBag is provisioned.

Integrated with Bag-It-RO (Research Object) framework.
DNS record for CTD-API provisioned.
Mesos cluster provisioning configured.
smartBag deployment process developed.
smartBag toolchain implemented.
Generated API provides paths to deliver
- Example records
- JSON-LD per service path
- OpenAPi-smartAPI YAML schema

The alpha is working and generates working services for two datasets. Creating separate issues for enhancements.
