Generic Translator Query API #118

Provide an API that can be used to query Translator in terms of concepts such as those in the biolink-model. The API should automatically find transitions between concepts, invoke knowledge sources, and return a knowledge graph.

Translator registry services now parsed into concept model.
Biolink-model used as a concept model.
