6 years ago Hao is developing/testing software to integrate FHIR/CMAQ/ACS/Roadway data. He will generate new ICEES tables for all years (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015). Existing ICEES tables for 2010 and 2011 will remain available as v 1.0.0.

CAMP FHIR (Clinical Asset Mapping Program for FHIR) is a custom software application that transforms clinical data from common data models (e.g., i2b2, PCORnet, OMOP) into HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR) files. A subsequent custom software application, FHIR PIT (Patient data Integration Tool), then integrates the clinical data with the environmental exposures data using PHI (geocodes and dates) before stripping the data of PHI and binning or recoding feature variables to create ICEES integrated feature tables.

Develop the tools to join clinical, chemical exposures, and socioenvironmental exposures data and the aggregation pipeline to create the data set underlying the EBCR service in support of the overall clinical feature vector hackathon goal.
