Develop documentation - cookbook style - for using the artifacts generated by the DDCR work to be reused by, and across other CTSAs. This involves making documentation that is user friendly and explains how relational clinical data is converted to and re-represented in FHIR.

There seems to be two issues embedded in this: (1) develop a pipeline to transform i2b2, OMOP, PCORnet, FHIR and other clinical data models to DDCR clinical feature tables; and (2) develop documentation on both the pipeline and the DDCR service. The latter is covered in issues #144 and #145.

145 and #144 are about manuscripts, which is good. The issues linked above (#136, #137, #138) are about the development and documentation tasks to make our pipeline reusable by another CTSA. Hence, having @empfff drive the overall output. Does that make sense?

Talked with @jameschump about this task yesterday. He's on pipeline development (i2b2 --> FHIR --> DDCR). I can lead the documentation piece, with his help.
