In collaboration with COHD and ClinicalProfile

[ ] Create a common API for querying Clinical Data for COHD, ClinicalProfile, and ICEES
- [ ] Create mapping tools between concepts between COHD, ClinicalProfile, and ICEES
- [ ] Create a library for querying those APIs
- [ ] Create a tool based on code developed in the previous Hackathon for combining data from those APIs for presentation
[ ] Create a library for generating Knowledge Graph between concepts using clinical data
[ ] Refactor TranQL to query using this API

Thanks @xu-hao, this looks good. This will give us a clinical reasoner which basically means it takes aMessage object in the Translator Knowledge Graph Standard and also returns one, populating it with a knowledge graph and bindings.

@xu-hao - are we close to having a version of this that works with ICEES I can query? It looked like you had most of the parts when we spoke last.
