This api is responsible for listening for restful requests and performing the following tasks:

  1. Reading parameters from restful url and determining which query to execute
  2. Gathering result-set and transforming data into the appropriate format (json, xml, csv, etc)
  3. Send transformed dataset to requester/client TWEETSIE.pdf
