DUAs are in progress with Blue, Orange, and Gray teams.

Orange getting signed at JHU right now. Blue's is fully executed--waiting to hear back on how they want us to deliver the data. I have pinged Gray to see if they want to keep moving forward--seems to be stalled at Broad.

Orange and Blue are now fully executed. Neither has let me know how they would like to receive the data. I have asked >1 time.

@empfff : Please add the list of institutions with a fully executed DUA. I think it might be good to have this information on hand during the hackathon.
