Added a new endpoint that allows users to retrieve a list of restaurants located within a specified geographical area defined by two points (latitude and longitude).
Because of no user point, distanceFrom is now calculated via Centroid Coordinates (center of rectangle)
Changed Location type from Geometry to Geography with SRID = 4326 (Lat/Lon) system standard (recreate-database required)
Added simple verification for Polygon creation with given coordinates
