UnitExist errors #10

Since 10.2 I've experienced frequent errors when in a group.

The errors occur in Tracker.lua:1265 in UnitExist. The comment suggests the check exists because sometimes unit == true. Adding that check prevented the errors for me

Gonna fix the underlying issues with the next release.
