This PR drops src/gtest/test_porreward.cpp - it wastes our time to merge Zcash's changes to it (based on their founders' reward test), whereas I think we've never tested whether our revised test ever worked. Also, it's weird to have a test for PoR rewards, but not for masternode rewards nor for devFund. The only reason we had this one test is historical - we added PoR rewards first and technically as a revision of Zcash founder rewards implementation.
