Update or drop resutil/bitcore.diff #83

resutil/bitcore.diff isn't up to date with latest core changes, and doesn't apply cleanly. If we still need this patch for our block explorer, we should update it. Otherwise we should drop it.

Dropped resutil/bitcore.diff. My understanding is that functionality of this patch is sufficiently merged in Zcash upstream before our latest merge, which is why our block explorer works fine without that patch applied.
