Installation PyV8 use PIP is failed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create empty virtual enviroment (virtualenv venv)
2. Activate virtual enviroment (source venv/bin/activate)
3. Install PyV8 with PIP (pip install pyv8)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Installation expected complete with succefull, instead compile phase is falls 
with error de

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Last from PIP repository

Operating system: Ubuntu 12.10 (Core: 3.5.0-24-generic)
Processor family: x86_64

Please provide any additional information below.

Build from source also not compiled
