Chisel oredict broken by update 4.3.0.2 #90

Expected behavior

Basalt from Environmental Tech and Quark should be recognized by Chisel.

Actual Behavior

Non-Chisel basalt cannot be used with Chisel.

Steps to reproduce

Place a Quark basalt block in the Chisel tool.

Suggestion on how to fix or supply fix

Fix oredict configuration.

This is due to the update to Chisel 0.0.14: https://github.com/Chisel-Team/Chisel/blob/21699a55eb4aadf913d0aa9bb096b87612921baa/changelog.txt#L6

Fix for marble and basalt below, not sure what else is missing.
