Ingest output files into corresponding RGD models #40

This is required for proper visualization.

@AlmightyYakob, was any work done to this end? Is there any mechanism for registering output files as a data type in RGD? Was something done to this end in Danesfield?

There's nothing currently in OASIS for this, but essentially the same thing was done here in Danesfield.
