Nightly redeploy with RGD main branch #22

This deployment regularly lags pretty far behind RGD dev. I'd like for it to stay up to date between releases

Can we change the depends to pull from RGD's main branch and have Heroku rebuild more frequently if not nightly?

1c30fa3 set it up so that Heroku installs from the main branch of the RGD repo

The recent introduction of dependabot should keep the pinned versions of RGD up to date as releases are cut. Pinning the version helps us work around Heroku's build cache
