JS Linter doesn't catch all formatting errors #505

There is something wrong with the Vue linting config, where it's not failing linting for improperly formatted code. For example, see the unrelated formatting changes in this PR https://github.com/ResonantGeoData/RD-WATCH/pull/503/files
