Tooltips appearing in a fixed position (discussion) #64

Currently, tooltips appear next to the laser cursor whereever it first touched a button.

Should they appear in a fixed offset to the button itself? Or maybe move with the cursor?

A lock-in function could be a consideration as well.

Best to be configurable imo

Yea, toggleable would make sense, although it would mean more code for both options
