Change the log file #9

Change the heartbeat log file to contain more data. Possibly with pickle/json and save as a dict.

Should contain the last opened position, killswitch, last timestamp etc. (more things can be added as needed) It can also send notifications in case open positions for more then n hours (regarding https://github.com/Resort-Last/taliban/issues/7)
