Backport to 1.18.2 #3

Hi there! Kinda the opposite of the previous issue. I know a team running a modpack in 1.18.2 who are looking for a PVP toggling mod, but it seems there aren't any for 1.18.2 Forge. I was wondering, if I were to have the time to backport this mod to 1.18.2, would you accept a PR for it? This seems to fit the requirements other than, well, not being in 1.18.2!

No promises, but just getting permission before even attempting (since this mod is ARR).
