Available composer package #5

@alganet, @augustohp, @nickl- Can you guys provide the composer package for this bundle?

@drgomesp @alganet has the access for packagist but you can help smooth things over by tagging a release version on master in the mean time. In future packagist will automate new release on every subsequent tag commit.

For reference do see http://semver.org/ but you probably know that already... =)

Anyone wants to have Packagist access as well? =) I'm afraid I won't be always available for the next couple of months.

I guess Packagist doesn't handle distributing authentication. I've created the entry though: https://packagist.org/packages/respect/validation-bundle, I'm putting it in auto-update and you guys already have GitHub access, so it will be as simple as possible =)

Badges also added to Readme so I guess this issue is closed.
