Urgent: Add LICENSE #6

I only notice now there is no LICENSE attached.

We use the BSD 3-Clause (similar to MIT) and @alganet has :copyright: by default but you can add more.

Since this project is maintained by @drgomesp and @cloudson I will refrain from applying it for now, to give you a chance to catch up, but this is a major issue and having no-license is not open-source!!!

Please guys fix the README and attach a LICENSE, this is very urgent!

It really has everything to do with

Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted

Without that we are in breach of IP laws, plus you will now remain accredited for the work you've done. It seems trivial I know but this is really what its all about. Make sure you grant others use of your code in your other projects too...

If you want to know more about open-source licensing and what the differences are between all the licenses you need only ask.
