Selection of shrink tubing and harness anchoring #967

What has to be done Have to select and document shrink tubing and some sort of wire harness solutions for:

There doesn't seem to be much need for anchoring in the current build. Wiring can be bundled with the sensor tubing and ziptied together. Thus it is quite securely suspended just behind the electronics stack and is not in the way of anything else.

The main power wire might still be sort of loose. Pending a special solution for that, if necessary.

For v0.4 we can be more deliberate with where we intend to run all the wiring and thus decide on lengths of harnesses as we draw up preliminary assembly documentation for the wiring.
