list use cases #4

It would be nice if the demos listed which use cases (and possibly requirements) they cover. E.g. the 'basic implementation' case covers 4.1 art direction, 4.2 design breakpoints, etc. This would make it easier to see what UC&Rs we still need demos for.

@anselmh what's the status on this? Looking at the demo page, I can see they all say "this demo shows: ..." that might be good enough without needing to link to the use cases document. @nwtn what do you think?

Status is: I am late. Sorry for this. If anybody else can jump in, feel free to send a pull-request. If not, you might have to wait some more days as I'm very busy at the moment… :(

//edit: @marcoscacares it's fine what we have but is not linked to UC and also might vary in term.

I think it's fine not to link. The use cases and requirements document is not that useful for devs (it's more for convincing browser vendors and other standards folks).
