Change from list to dictionary for ExchangeDetail and ExchangeTerminalDetail in user master #365

When user master data dictionary filled in engine, ExchangeDetail and ExchangeTerminalDetail are filled as List<>. Change it to Dictionary, where key will be Exchange field in both the classes.
