Refactor auto-config scripts for the new RMS configuration #1020

I'm attaching the new chapter on Media Server configuration. I tried to keep configuration "similar" to the old server-beans file, but much simpler.

Let's refactor them further to use xmlstartlet to be consistent with RMS5 and win big time on maintenance. Labelled this as tech debt
