Creation of an API for "normal admin" to get "LiveCalls" & "MaximumConcurrentCalls" metrics. The difference would be: instead of a 'technical' view of calls per instance, more a 'business' view of calls across instances but related to one account. ie: I would like to know globally what is my level of load now and at peak.

My take on this is that we need to get through the RestConn launch particularly with the changes to docker containers that are required for SMSC before we'd take additional work on, but @deruelle may have other thoughts.

Also not sure if this is coming from a customer request or internal.

This should be part of the Usage API. Coming from customer. Agreed on post Restconn or task for community
