Initial page layout needs improvement. #1

If someone visit the initial page : https://IP:HTTPS_PORT/Mayday/

A white screen with 2 simple links are appearing. Need to fix the interface of that page.

Instead of this https://IP:HTTPS_PORT/Mayday/ link user can use the following link directly

for customer : https://IP:HTTPS_PORT/Mayday/Cust-Login.html for agent : https://IP:HTTPS_PORT/Mayday/Agent-Login.html
